Products & Sourcing
Understand what we source and how we help you select products for your application.
Q1. What types of toys does LINK BRAND supply?
LINK BRAND sources plush toys, squishy and stress-relief toys, remote-control toys, toy drones, ride-on toys, baby toys, educational toys, seasonal items and novelty products. We help buyers compare suitable options based on their market, sales channel, budget and project requirements. Availability varies by product.
Q2. Are you a manufacturer or a sourcing company?
LINK BRAND combines plush manufacturing experience with sourcing and project coordination across other toy categories. Custom plush projects can involve deeper product development, while other categories are sourced through supplier partners. We clarify the supply route and available options for the products included in your project.
Q3. Can you recommend toys for our specific business or application?
Yes. Share your intended use, target audience, budget and display or distribution needs. We can suggest product types and assortment options for retail stores, FEC prize programs, claw machines, theme parks, seasonal campaigns and promotional gifts. Recommendations are reviewed against your specific requirements.
Q4. Can you help us build an assortment across different toy categories?
Yes. We can help plan an assortment around your application, price levels, product sizes and replenishment needs. Different products may have separate minimum quantities, packaging requirements and lead times. These details need to be confirmed before the assortment is finalized.
Q5. Can you help us find products that are not shown on your website?
You can send reference images, key specifications, estimated quantities and your target market for review. We can assess whether suitable sourcing options are available. For original plush designs, custom development may also be an option, depending on the project brief and feasibility.
MOQ, Pricing & Samples
Learn what affects order quantities, quotations and sample preparation.
Q6. What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the product, supplier, color or design variations, and packaging requirements. Custom plush development and branded packaging may have different minimums from standard products. Send us your preferred items and estimated quantities so we can confirm the applicable MOQ for each option.
Q7. Can I combine different products or designs in one order?
A mixed-product order may be possible, but each item, design or color may still have its own minimum quantity. Combining products does not automatically reduce individual MOQs. We can review your proposed mix and confirm purchasing, packing and shipment arrangements.
Q8. What information do you need to prepare a quotation?
Please share product references, specifications, quantities, destination market, packaging needs and your target delivery date. If available, include your budget range and preferred shipping terms. Clear requirements help us prepare a quotation that reflects the product and service scope you need.
Q9. Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?
Sample availability depends on the item and whether you need an existing product or a newly developed sample. Sample charges, courier costs and preparation time are confirmed before arrangements are made. Any sample-fee credit against a bulk order must be agreed separately.
Q10. How long does sampling take?
Sampling time varies with product availability, development work, materials, artwork and packaging requirements. An existing sample and a custom plush prototype follow different schedules. We confirm the expected timing after reviewing your brief; revisions or additional requirements may affect that schedule.
Customization & Branding
Understand the difference between custom plush development and the options available for selected existing products.
Q11. Which products can be customized?
Plush is our main category for deeper customization, including original designs, dimensions, materials, embroidery and selected construction details. For other categories, we review existing products and any available branding or packaging options individually. The customization scope must be confirmed for each product.
Q12. Can you develop a plush toy from our artwork or mascot?
Yes. We can review your original artwork or authorized mascot design for custom plush development. Please provide front, side and back views where available, along with size, material preferences, quantity and target market. Construction details and the final specification are refined through sampling.
Q13. Can you add our logo or branded packaging?
For selected products, tags, labels or packaging may be available, depending on the product and supplier. The method, artwork requirements, MOQ and cost need to be confirmed before production. Custom plush projects may offer additional options for integrating your branding into the design.
Q14. Do you offer OEM customization for squishy toys?
We primarily source existing squishy toy designs. OEM customization is available for projects that meet the required minimum order quantity, which varies by product and customization requirements. Share your design ideas and estimated quantity so we can review feasibility and confirm the applicable MOQ.
Q15. Can you work with licensed characters or branded artwork?
Projects involving third-party characters, logos or artwork require appropriate authorization from the rights holder. Please identify the rights involved and provide the relevant authorization for review. Product development and supply arrangements depend on the approved scope and the requirements of the project.
Packaging & Market Requirements
Prepare packaging, labeling and documentation requirements for your destination market.
Q16. What packaging options can I discuss with you?
Depending on the item, options may include individual bags, retail boxes, hang tags, blind bags, blind boxes, PDQ display boxes, gift packaging or display-ready formats. Packaging dimensions, materials, artwork and quantities affect feasibility and cost. Share your sales channel and presentation requirements so we can review suitable options.
Q17. Can you help with barcodes, labels and retail display packaging?
We can review barcode placement, label layouts, carton markings and display packaging requirements for selected products. Please provide your retailer specifications, barcode data and approved artwork. Availability, minimum quantities and responsibilities for checking the final content must be agreed before production.
Q18. Can you provide test reports or compliance documents?
Available documents vary by product and supplier. Share your destination market, intended age group and buyer requirements so the relevant documentation can be reviewed. A report must match the actual product and its applicable scope; additional assessment or testing may be needed.
Q19. Are all products suitable for every market or age group?
No. Suitability depends on the product’s design, materials, functions, intended users and destination requirements. An age label or an existing report alone does not establish suitability for every market. These details should be reviewed for the specific product before an order is finalized.
Q20. What should we confirm before approving packaging for production?
Confirm the product details, artwork, language, barcode data, intended age information, required warnings and destination-specific labeling requirements. Also review packaging size, pack quantity and carton markings. Keep a written record of the approved version and resolve any open requirements before production.
Orders, Delivery & Support
Understand the information and approvals needed to plan an order and its delivery.
Q21. What is the usual process for placing an order?
The process generally starts with a project brief, followed by product selection, quotation and sample review where needed. Specifications, packaging, commercial terms and delivery arrangements are then confirmed before production or purchasing proceeds. The exact steps depend on the products and scope of the order.
Q22. How long does a bulk order take?
Lead time depends on product availability, quantity, customization, packaging and the production schedule. Production time and shipping transit time are separate. Share your required arrival date early so the proposed schedule can account for approvals, production, checks and transportation.
Q23. Can you coordinate shipping or work with our freight forwarder?
Shipping coordination can be discussed as part of your order. If you use your own forwarder, share their requirements and contact details so handover arrangements can be confirmed. Freight costs, shipping terms, destination charges and responsibilities should be agreed before shipment.
Q24. How are product quality requirements confirmed?
Quality requirements should be defined using agreed specifications, approved samples where applicable, packaging details and clear inspection criteria. Any buyer-specific checks or third-party inspection arrangements need to be discussed in advance. Changes to an approved requirement should be documented before implementation.
Q25. What should I do if there is an issue with my order?
Contact the team handling your order with the order reference, affected quantity, photos or videos, and relevant carton or batch details. Keep the affected items and packaging available for review. The issue and proposed next steps will be assessed against the agreed specifications and order terms.
